Grief Support

Farewells leave traces that often reach deeper than can be seen from the outside. Grief support creates space for everything that needs room in turbulent times – emotions, memories, questions and silence. Together, we find ways to honour the loss and gently take steps into a changed life.

When grief takes the ground from under your feet

“My stomach cramped painfully, I could barely breathe, felt like choking, couldn’t speak or move, couldn’t cry or scream – I was simply paralysed …”

“I fell to my knees, screamed and cried – no idea for how long. I woke up hours later, still lying on the same spot on the floor, hoping this was all just a terrible dream …”

“There was only cold. My eyes twitched in every direction yet found no point to rest on. Where my heart should be was a dark, pitch-black hole. I couldn’t feel anything except my own muscles shaking uncontrollably …”

Grief feels different for every person – and each of us copes with loss in our own way.

It makes no difference whether the loss is of a beloved animal companion or a loved human being – the feeling of grief and mourning is real either way.

Space for grief and loss

There are ways to process grief and loss, no matter where they come from.

Most importantly: you do not have to go through this alone.

Please feel free to reach out. Loss hurts and loss changes us – but step by step we can work through it together. Even if the grief does not disappear immediately, it becomes lighter with time, and throughout this process you will find support, guidance and stability with me.
