A new perspective for you

My name is Elena Jurgeleit, I was born in 1991 and I am currently on the path to becoming a psychotherapist.

Since this path takes time, I want to use my already-acquired knowledge to support people who need help – offering guidance, insight and practical assistance.

I bring experience from my psychology studies since 2021, as well as my long-standing voluntary work with the German Red Cross. This includes psychosocial emergency support since 2013, eight years in emergency medical services and my work with people with physical and cognitive limitations, including dementia.

During this time, I have supported individuals and families through illness, uncertainty, fear and grief – and have always done my best to contribute to stability and harmony within emergency teams.

Still, demanding situations rarely leave us untouched. The things we experience do not necessarily break us, but they leave their marks.

It is therefore particularly important to me to be there for people in Bergkamen and beyond when they find themselves in a situation where they need mental support.

Therapy places or clinic stays are often unavailable or tied to very long waiting times – and those who cannot or do not want to wait often face additional burdens. I want to fill this gap and support you during waiting periods or between treatments. Even better if I can help early enough for these steps not to become necessary.

Let me extend a helping hand and walk with you as you carry your personal “burden”.
