Psychosocial emergency support for emergency responders

Deployments can push people to their limits – often faster than they notice in the moment. In psychosocial emergency support (PSNV), a protected space is created to make sense of stressful experiences, regulate inner tension and reconnect with sources of strength. The aim is to provide stable support for emergency responders and to strengthen and preserve their mental health in a sustainable way.

Who this offer is for

This offer is aimed in particular at employees of authorities and organisations with security-related tasks who have experienced a stressful incident in the course of their work and now either want to prevent an acute stress reaction or are already suffering from one.

It is equally intended for those who – for whatever reason – cannot or do not wish to turn to their employer’s internal psychosocial emergency support, as well as for those who have already made use of internal support and nevertheless wish to work on the experience in parallel with an external provider.

Also for other highly demanding professions

I am also happy to support you if you work in a similarly cognitively, mentally or physically demanding field and have been exposed to a stressful situation in the course of your work.

This may apply, for example, to people working in:

  • elderly care
  • nursing
  • physiotherapy
  • medical professions
  • (social) pedagogical professions
  • healing professions and related fields

If you feel that a deployment, a situation or a specific event is weighing heavily on you, emotionally burdening you or having a lasting impact, I will gladly support you in finding clarity, stability and a healthy way of dealing with what you have experienced.
