Why home visits?
Home visits are an offer for people for whom the journey to my practice rooms is not possible or only possible with great difficulty for a variety of reasons. These may be professional obligations, family responsibilities, health limitations or logistical obstacles. Support should not fail because you are not mobile or because your current life situation does not fit a classic practice visit.
When getting to the practice is not possible
You are heavily involved in your job or family and therefore – or even because of this – need support? You have health-related restrictions or are not mobile for logistical reasons?
I am happy to offer you appointments outside my own rooms after a successful initial consultation, and to work with you in an external setting.
What matters to me in home visits
It is important to me that people who are not able to attend regular and/or long-term services still receive the support they individually need.
That is why I am happy to provide my services at your home or wherever you are currently staying, as long as the location provides – or can provide – the necessary conditions.
Typical situations for home visits
- strong professional or family obligations that make regular practice visits difficult
- health limitations that make journeys particularly exhausting or impossible
- transitional phases where stability in a familiar environment is helpful
- living or accommodation situations where on-site support is beneficial
How home visits work
- Initial consultation at the practice or online: We get to know each other, clarify your concerns and assess together whether home visits are meaningful for your situation.
- Clarifying the framework: We talk about the conditions on site, possible appointments, travel routes and organisational questions.
- Carrying out the home visit: The content of the work follows my regular services – just in the place where you are.
- Further process: Together we decide at what frequency and to what extent further home visits can and should take place.
If you have questions – feel free to reach out
If you have any questions, I am of course available and will make possible what I can.
What we consider hopeless is often a matter of perspective.
